containment, noun

con·tain·ment

the act of holding, enclosing, or restraining something within defined limits

This show presents a collection of vessels made to hold: water for drinking, food for storage, butter for daily use, flowers for enjoyment. These pieces reflect daily rituals. Through familiar domestic forms, the work focuses on utility, structure, and the role vessels play in our everyday life.

Featuring work from Rachelle Miller, Anthony Schaller, Hayne Bayless, Rick Hintze, Elliott Kayser, John Utgaard, Shinpei Fukushima, and John Dix.
