Return Policy
All returns must be approved by a Schaller Gallery employee within 7 days of receiving the order. Schaller Gallery will refund the amount paid for the pieces in your order, minus shipping and packing fees. If you require us to schedule a UPS On-Call Pickup for your return shipment, that amount will be deducted from your refunded amount. You are responsible for shipping the returned piece back to us as well as covering the cost of shipping insurance.
All refunds at this time can either be in the form of a paper check or as store credit. Refunds above $500 will only be offered in the form of store credit.

Please re-pack your return to the standard in which it was received.
Please open and inspect all pieces in your order promptly upon delivery, and alert us of any damages. If breakage occurs, please take photos of damaged pieces and shipping materials and retain all packaging until we have resolved your claim.
If visibly used/dirty/stained, we will deduct a cleaning and restocking fee of 20% from your refunded amount.
At this time, we do not accept any wearable returns (earrings, rings, necklaces, etc.) for general hygienic purposes.
If you choose at the time of purchase to have us put an order on hold (delay shipping) for more than 7 business days, you forfeit the ability to return items in that order.
As much as we wish we did, we do not have the same resources as Amazon. All of our products are one-of-a-kind, directly from artists and collectors across the globe.
