If you’d like to purchase something click the “add to cart” button. The cart system will walk you through the process; it’s quite painless. However, if you have any questions, just give us a call.
Q: There’s a piece I’d like to purchase but there isn’t a “Add to Cart” button, what do I do?
Once an item has been purchased the “Add to Cart” button is automatically removed.

As all of the items on our site are one-of-a-kind we don’t want to take the risk of a piece being put in a cart and forgotten for days or forever. With this in mind, we’ve designed the cart to automatically reset after 15 minutes.
Q: How will I know my order went through, will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes. We will send you an email confirmation that will list everything you’ve ordered as well as all of the costs associated with your order. If you have any issues please call as soon as possible.

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If you intend to make a return, please let us know as soon as you possible to make arrangements. We prefer that all returns be arranged within 10 days of receiving the shipment. Our policy is to refund the full price of the purchase minus shipping and packing fees.

All orders shipped to a street address within the contiguous 48 States will be delivered by UPS. For PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii & international orders we typically ship through the US Post Office. However, we will contact all international customers with a quote before shipping.

Typically you should receive your order within 4-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments outside of the US.

Yes! Just make sure you note the change in the billing and shipping portion of your checkout process. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions or directions you may have.

Yes! In addition to all U.S. States and Territories, we can make arrangements to ship just about anywhere on the globe. For international, Alaska or Hawaii orders, our cart will automatically reserve your pieces, then we’ll find the most economical way to ship your order to you and be in touch to finalize your order.

Please check all the packages upon delivery. If by chance a shipment arrives damaged please let us know as soon as you can: anthony@schallergallery.com and/or 269-983-7404 We’ll handle all of the claims from our end. Please save all the packaging as UPS will pickup the damaged items.

We’re located on the internet everywhere. That said our physical location is currently in Baroda, Michigan. When we relocate we’ll let you know.
