"My interest in ceramics began in high school with a pottery class in 1968. I continued taking pottery and art classes throughout the remainder of high school and into college. After completing two years at Shoreline Community College, and three years at the University of Washington, I graduated in 1975 with my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree. Over the years I’ve given many workshops and taught at several schools including the University of Washington, Everett Community College, and presently at Shoreline Community College."
