Order Processing

All ceramic orders are processed in the order in which they are completed after payment is received. Because our pieces are fragile and require special packaging, processing times may vary slightly. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for all US customers.

Delivery times may vary and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Packaging & Handling

All ceramics are securely packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We take great care to ensure each item is packed safely and professionally. We reuse packing materials when we can from shipments that come in.

Due to the nature of ceramics, shipping costs may be higher than standard goods to account for specialized packaging and handling and insurance.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on destination and package requirements. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Once an international order has been placed, we will be in touch with an updated shipping cost.

Damaged Items

If your ceramic piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we are happy to assist with carrier claims when possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
